What We Do
From first sketch to final walkthrough, we handle every phase of custom home construction with care, transparency, and craftsmanship you can see.
Your vision, your floor plan, your finishes. We work with you to design a home that fits your lifestyle — not a catalog.
Permits, framing, plumbing, electrical — we manage every trade and detail so you never have to wonder what's happening next.
Expanding your current home? We add rooms, expand kitchens, and reimagine spaces while preserving the character you love.
On time, on budget, on message. We keep the process smooth and your questions answered from day one to move-in day.
Not sure where to start? We help you evaluate your lot, understand your options, and plan a build that makes sense for your goals.
Every great home starts with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind — we'll help you figure out the rest.
Let's Talk
About Us
We're not a national franchise passing through town. North Florida Custom Homes is built on the belief that a home should be as unique as the family living in it — and that the people building it should care about the result as much as you do.
Based right here on South US Highway 17, we know this area — the soil, the climate, the style that fits. That local knowledge shows in every foundation we pour and every finish we select. When you choose us, you're choosing a builder who treats your home like it's theirs.

How It Works
A clear, stress-free process — because building a home shouldn't feel like a second job.
We listen to your vision, review your lot or ideas, and discuss what's possible — no pressure, just honest guidance.
We refine the floor plan, select materials, and handle all permitting so you have a clear roadmap before ground breaks.
Framing, systems, finishes — we keep the schedule tight and the communication open so you always know where things stand.
Final walkthrough, punch list, and the keys to your new home. We don't rest until you're completely satisfied.
Our Work
"They didn't just build a house — they built the home we actually wanted to live in. Every detail felt like it was chosen with us in mind."
